This role combines client management, B2B sales support, hands-on operational oversight, and online store operations. Key Responsibilities Perform daily supervision of inventory levels, ensuring accuracy through cycle counts, updates, and discrepancy resolution. Support the operation of our online stores, including order processing, product listing updates, customer inquiries, and performance monitoring. Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain strong B2B client relationships through proactive communication and account management. Identify new business opportunities, conduct client outreach, and support sales development. Use advanced Excel to manage inventory updates, analyze data, generate sales and performance reports, and resolve operational delays. Identify operational issues, risks, or inefficiencies and provide timely feedback to the management team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above is required. Strong ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously with excellent attention to detail, resulting in improved customer satisfaction and repeat business. Proficient in advanced Excel (data analysis, reports, inventory tracking, and delay resolution). Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese (fluent in both speaking and writing) — essential for client communication. Experience in online store operations (e.g. Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, or similar platforms) is a plus, but not required — training will be provided. Availability for part-time, flexible scheduling.
