Are you outgoing, organized, and passionate about building relationships? We are seeking an energetic Marketing & Public Relations Coordinator to help expand our presence in the community and strengthen relationships with referring dental offices. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys networking, marketing, and creating exceptional experiences for patients and professional partners. No orthodontic experience is required—we are happy to train the right individual who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn. What You'll Do Represent and promote our orthodontic practices throughout the community Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective referring dentists Coordinate marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts Deliver exceptional customer service and create positive experiences for patients and partners Maintain inventory of marketing materials and promotional items Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns and events Monitor and adhere to the established marketing budget Serve as a professional ambassador for our practices What We're Looking For Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Outstanding organizational and time management abilities Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team Strong leadership presence and initiative Qualifications Valid Driver's License (required) Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Reliable transportation skills and willingness to travel between locations as needed Marketing, public relations, customer service, or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required Schedule Full-Time Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Benefits Company vehicle provided Paid training Growth and development opportunities Supportive team environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a growing organization If you are enthusiastic about connecting with people, building professional relationships, and helping our practices continue to grow, we would love to hear from you!
