Help for Job Description. Opens a new window. 1. Evaluate potential students' dance interests, skill levels, learning needs, and family expectations to provide personalized course recommendations aligned with the company's multi-level training system.
2. Promote the company's hip-hop and K-pop courses, stage opportunities, international master classes, and celebrity partnership initiatives to prospects and clients; facilitate student enrollment, course registration, fee payment, and schedule arrangements.
3. Develop and maintain positive relationships with VIP clients, key families, and multicultural communities to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Collect and review data on student demographics, preferences, needs, and enrollment patterns; devise and evaluate data collection methods such as surveys and questionnaires to identify potential markets and factors affecting program demand.
5. Monitor and analyze industry statistics and trends in dance education and performing arts markets; prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex insights into written summaries to support marketing and enrollment strategies.
6. Measure and assess customer satisfaction, program effectiveness, and the impact of marketing, advertising, and outreach programs; forecast and track enrollment and marketing trends to help determine the company's market position.
7. Prepare internal and external presentations, pitch materials, and marketing reports to promote the company's programs, advantages, and student achievements.
8. Coordinate with the sales, outreach, and teaching teams on trial classes, master workshops, and student performances; assist in developing marketing strategies and promotional activities to expand brand influence among Asian and multicultural families in Southern California and improve enrollment conversion.
