Why you should apply? $40 per hour Monday-Friday Work Schedule 8am-5pm (3 days from home) 3 Weeks PTO and Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance offered Access to outstanding Kelly perks via https://www.mykelly.us/us-mykelly/perks/ Position Summary The Sales, Marketing and Commercial Ops Assistant supports the Sales, Marketing and Commercial Ops teams by coordinating projects, managing administrative tasks, and assisting with the execution of initiatives that enable the groups to deliver commercial excellence. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Sales, Marketing & Project Support Assist with project planning, including scheduling, task breakdown, resource allocation, and timeline development. Maintain project trackers and documentation to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Manage sales and marketing databases, mailing lists, and campaign tracking tools. Support event logistics, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and preparation of materials. Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met. Prepare project documentation such as schedules, reports, and meeting notes. Serve as a backup support to one other Admin as needed Communication & Collaboration Schedule meetings, manage agendas, and follow up on action items. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, notes, and progress updates. Draft internal communications and assist with external messaging as needed. Coordinate communication between project teams, leadership, and external partners. Data & Reporting Assist in preparing status reports, dashboards, presentations, and performance metrics for leadership review. Process Improvement Contribute to continuous improvement by refining workflows, templates, and tracking tools. Promote best practices to ensure consistency and operational effectiveness. Administrative Support Provide limited administrative assistance to leadership, including travel arrangements, scheduling, and special projects on an ad-hoc basis for Head of Sales & Regional Sales Directors Submit work requests via eMarketplace, assist with vendor management, coordinate contracts, generate purchase orders, monitor expenses, and track budgets. Support financial processes such as procurement and budgeting. Manage Sales leadership and Comm Ops processes such as Field visit Letter tracking and Mail and Device tracking Assist with logistics for special events and Town Hall meetings. Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees as needed. Serve as a point of contact for credentialing, policies, procedures, and grant processes. Exercise discretion and judgment in handling confidential matters and provide status updates to management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in sales & marketing support, project coordination, or related roles. Experience supporting a Sales Organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools and AI. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Experience with event coordination and vendor management preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
