Ecommerce Brand Associate Manager :
We are seeking a talented individual who is eager to learn all things about launching and growing a new consumer brand in the U.S. market. In this role, you will work as the Marketing Associate involved in all aspects of marketing, branding, and operations of fast growing D2C brands in the Beauty, Health & Wellness industry. You will develop strategic marketing plans and implement the various efforts associated with the marketing plan. This includes evaluating the results of various marketing campaigns, spearheading market research efforts, or coordinating initiatives across a variety of digital channels (e.g., Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Responsibilities :
Own website/landing page optimizations and light theme adjustments . Build/edit landing pages using PageFly/Shogun or native Shopify sections. Troubleshoot site issues, test site speed, and improve usability. Create/update product listings (titles, descriptions, images, metafields). Research, draft, and publish blog posts; ensure basic SEO formatting. Design simple graphics for blogs, ads, and social media. Launch and monitor paid campaigns, report results, and iterate. Partner with email marketer to plan and deploy campaigns/flows. Support merchandising (collection organization, badges, cross-sells). Contribute ideas for new campaigns, promotions, and creative testing.

Junior Amazon & E-commerce Sales Operator In-Office, La Mirada | Full-Time We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Operator to assist with sales activities on Amazon and other marketplace platforms. You'll support the sales team with listing management, campaign execution, reporting, and day-to-day marketplace operations to help drive growth.
Responsibilities :
Support all sales-related tasks across Multi-Country Amazon Marketplaces, Walmart, Target and more. Responsibilities :
Content creation & curation : ideate + produce 3-5 posts per week (static, Reels/TikTok clips, carousels) Trend & platform research : scout TikTok / Instagram / emerging channels for viral formats & influencers Community management & engagement : respond to comments, message DMs, spark conversations Campaign execution : own a campaign ("launch this collection") from concept → copy → assets → performance tracking Analytics & iteration : measure performance (impressions, saves, shares, clicks) and recommend optimizations Asset repurposing : turn one piece of content into multiple formats (IG → newsletter, TikTok → YouTube Shorts)

You'll own and execute strategies that grow our social presence across brands — with a focus on creativity, engagement, and measurable results.
Manage and grow brand accounts:
Round Lab, Kanuda, Heyhae Plan and schedule content (photos, Reels, UGC, stories, videos, blogs) for multiple platforms Monitor and respond to all comments, DMs, and inquiries — keeping our community vibrant and informed Analyze performance weekly and monthly; share insights on what's working and what to scale Research trending hashtags, formats, and cultural moments to keep our content fresh and relevant Build relationships with creators, influencers, and ambassadors Scout and recruit talent for our Brand Ambassador Program Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, e-commerce) to align messaging and campaigns Maintain brand consistency in tone, visuals, and storytelling across all platforms
Qualifications :
Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and Facebook Familiarity with analytics and scheduling tools (e.g. Meta Suite, Later, Sprout, etc.) Basic photo and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.) Excellent writing and communication — you know how to make captions pop Curiosity about SEO, content marketing, and data-driven growth Passion for K-beauty, skincare, and creative digital storytelling Self-starter with strong organization and attention to detail Team player who thrives in open communication and fast-moving environments
