This role is essential in providing exceptional support to clients and internal staff, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will need strong computer skills and excellent communication abilities. Our team will provide the proper training and tools for the candidate to succeed in this role. This position has full potential to convert to a full-time position in the future. Responsibilities Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls and taking accurate messages for clients and drivers. Manage dispatching orders, appointment scheduling and calendar coordination. Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization. Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks and invoice processing. Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email. (No face to face conversations will be held with clients) Support upper management with tasks involving scheduling, billing, reporting, etc. Create, schedule, and manage social media content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Assist with digital marketing initiatives, including creating and monitoring paid advertising campaigns. Design and publish promotional content to increase brand awareness and generate leads. Monitor social media engagement and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Collaborate with management to develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns. Create and manage online advertising campaigns to generate leads for courier, legal, medical, and same-day delivery services. Skills Proficiency in Google Suites. Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry, filing, and document proofreading. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Effective phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems Experience in dispatching is advantageous but not required Personal assistant or administrative support background is beneficial Experience with social media management platforms and content creation. Basic knowledge of digital marketing and paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, etc.). Familiarity with Canva or similar graphic design tools. Strong written communication skills for creating engaging social media content. Ability to analyze campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement. This position is integral to maintaining efficient office operations while delivering outstanding customer support. Pay:
$25.28 - $30.44 per hour
