Job Description

This Represents is looking for a part-time agency coordinator to join us in our Downtown Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, proactive, and organized, with the ability to work independently, learn quickly, and manage multiple priorities. They will provide general support across our full roster of artists and to the agents. A strong visual eye, a confident and open professional demeanor, and a genuine interest in the photography and creative arts industry are essential. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to retain information on multiple projects, and the ability to troubleshoot minor issues independently. Proficiency with Mac OS, Dropbox, and Adobe Creative Suite is required. We're looking for someone who has applicable experience, is eager to learn, and excited to be part of a growing agency. The ideal candidate is someone looking to grow within the agency, with the potential to transition into a full-time role and eventually into a junior agent position. Key Responsibilities Social Media + Website Prep and schedule social media posts across agency channels Update the News section on our website Asset Management Gather, organize, and manage assets from artists in Dropbox Ensure all assets are properly sized for the website Assist in preparing pitches, treatments, and visual presentations Marketing Assist with creating and executing strategic selling plans, including managing e-promos, printed promo mailings, and printed portfolios Meetings + Portfolio Shows Book and prepare for client meetings, events, portfolio reviews, and marketing trips for agents and artists Attend local meetings and portfolio reviews when schedules allow Maintain artist promotional supplies and portfolios, including keeping inventory General General office management — keep the office tidy, order supplies, answer the phone, greet guests, and manage incoming and outgoing mailings and shipments Proactively help with anything else, big or small, that comes up along the way
