Junior Event Producer Epic Fun - 3.7 Los Angeles, CA Job Details Temporary | Part-time $30 - $35 an hour 12 hours ago Benefits Mileage reimbursement Employee discount Flexible schedule Qualifications Automobile transportation Customer communication Driver's License Attention to detail Performing background checks Mobile devices Full Job Description We are immediately hiring 2-3 reliable and high-energy Junior Event Producers for summer events (with ongoing year-round gig opportunities). You'll be responsible for delivering unforgettable on-site experiences for kids at summer camps, preschools, schools, community events, and birthday parties. Epic Fun is Southern California's premier provider of exceptionally fun and unique children's activities — including foam parties, interactive bubble experiences, snow events, mobile laser tag, and portable mini golf.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and break down foam parties, bubble events, and other Epic Fun activities. Transport, load, unload, and securely store all event equipment using your vehicle. Run high-energy, safe, and engaging experiences for children. Provide excellent customer service and improvise to solve challenges on the spot. Ensure every event is organized, punctual, and exceeds expectations by following our proven event template.
Typical Event Length:
1-3 hours + ~45 minutes setup/breakdown + travel time.
Requirements:
Reliable 4-door vehicle (sedan, SUV, van, or truck) with sufficient storage space for equipment. Gear can be stored at your secure location or our West LA facility (90034). Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to events throughout the Los Angeles area. Strong reliability and follow-through — we need people who honor their commitments (no flakiness or last-minute cancellations). Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Outgoing, energetic personality who loves spreading joy and making people smile. Good communication, time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Flexible availability with a weekly commitment . Have a smartphone Background check friendly. No prior foam or bubble experience needed — full training provided. Branded t-shirt supplied.
