We're looking for a creative, analytical, and highly enthusiastic Marketing Specialist & Content Creator to elevate our digital footprint, manage local community growth, and creatively highlight our world-class clinic experiences.Role Overview:
In this role, you will lead our localized marketing, social media presence, and brand engagement strategy. Instead of focusing on traditional cold sales, you will drive patient acquisition organically by building an attractive digital presence, launching creative multi-channel campaigns, and managing local clinic events. You will be the creative mind and face behind our Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube content, transforming patient experiences and provider expertise into compelling marketing assets that naturally fill our appointment books.Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Social Media Strategy:
Execute Multi-Platform Strategy:
Own the end-to-end planning, creation, and scheduling of content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. Be the Face of theBrand:
Act comfortably on-camera to shoot engaging Reels, TikToks, clinic walk-throughs, and educational shorts featuring our top dermatologists and aesthetic providers.Highlight Services & Products:
Formulate campaigns that creatively market our cosmetic dermatology services, aesthetic treatments (U Aesthetics), and the Dr. Lin Skincare line.Trend Capturing:
Stay on top of rapid aesthetic, skincare, and viral audio trends to keep our accounts relevant and high-performing.Campaigns & Digital Marketing:
Email & SMS Marketing:
Design and deploy monthly newsletters, holiday promotions, and retention campaigns to our current patient database.Website Management:
Assist with basic website updates, tracking local landing pages, and optimizing our online presence.Analytics & Reporting:
Track key marketing metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, website traffic sources, and campaign ROI) to continually refine our approach.Event Marketing & Community Engagement:
Event Coordination:
Plan and market clinic open houses, VIP aesthetic nights, local senior community events, and seasonal promotional rollouts.Local Brand Activations:
Represent Unified Health at community events to build grassroots local awareness.Patient Engagement & Inbound Inquiries:
Digital Front Desk:
Monitor and engage with comments, direct messages, and Google reviews to foster community and answer preliminary service inquiries.Inbound Interest Routing:
Work hand-in-hand with clinical staff and the front desk to ensure inbound digital inquiries seamlessly flow into booked appointments.Patient Experience:
Capture real-time patient testimonials and before/and-after journeys (under strict consent) to build social proof.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (not required, but preferred). 1-3 years of dedicated digital marketing and content creation experience (prior experience in medical spas, dermatology, or luxury beauty is highly preferred). Portfolio or proven track record managing professional Instagram/TikTok accounts with a strong eye for visual design, video editing (CapCut, Canva, etc.), and copywriting. Highly comfortable appearing on camera for video content. Strong organizational skills to manage campaigns across multiple clinic locations. Basic understanding of HIPAA compliance guidelines regarding patient privacy in marketing materials.Why Join Us:
