That's it. Job Summary:
The Marketing/Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in executing the company's experiential marketing and sampling strategy. This position is responsible for coordinating and managing all logistics related to sampling events, trade shows, promotions, and field marketing initiatives while ensuring a seamless and high-quality brand experience. This individual will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure events are executed efficiently, on time, and aligned with company objectives and brand standards. Job Duties:
Assist in marketing planning, campaign execution, and reporting, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business goals. Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all sampling events, trade shows, brand activations, community events, and promotional programs. Assist with marketing planning, campaign execution, and reporting to all sampling initiatives. This includes helping to identify new events to increase brand awareness and consumer trial. Coordinate the development and distribution of marketing assets for events and retail programs. Track and manage inventory for marketing materials (tradeshow supplies and booths), coordinate restocking, and ensure availability for events. Prepare logistics and event recap reports including shipment tracking, event ROI, freight spend, and sampling performance metrics. Assist with data analysis related to sampling effectiveness, consumer engagement, and event success. Track budgets and expenses associated with marketing activations and logistics. Address delays, damages, or discrepancies in delivery, working with logistics and marketing teams to resolve issues quickly. Skills & Qualifications Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal skills for coordinating with diverse stakeholders. Understanding of shipping, warehousing, and distribution processes. Familiarity with marketing channels, campaigns, and brand strategy. Experience with ERP/MRP software, project management tools, and possibly marketing platforms is preferred. Bachelors in relevant field. Not a REMOTE or HYBRID position. Pay:
