We're expanding our telecommunications and marketing division and actively hiring Enrollment Associates to help connect customers with the reliable services they need. This is a full-time, entry-level position built for individuals who are ready to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and account management while developing long-term leadership skills. Enrollment Associate:

Interact directly with customers to promote products and services that fit their lifestyle and budget. Assist with sales inquiries, account activations, and customer enrollments. Deliver professional, friendly customer service to ensure a positive experience every time. Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently present options and overcome objections. Track sales activity, account progress, and customer data using CRM tools. Collaborate with team leaders and management to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals. Support community outreach and marketing events that generate customer engagement. Represent Efficient California with enthusiasm, professionalism, and integrity.

Who You Are:

Excellent communicator with a passion for working with people. Highly motivated to succeed in a sales-driven, customer-focused environment. Goal-oriented with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Excited to develop leadership, business, and management skills. Dependable, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced team.
