Job Overview Our well-established cosmetic surgery and medical spa practice, serving Orange County for over 20 years, is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator / Social Media Specialist. We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Marketing Coordinator / Social Media Specialist to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. In this role, you will craft compelling content, manage social media campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to drive engagement and growth. Your creativity and strategic mindset will help us connect authentically with our audience, boost brand awareness, and support our overall marketing objectives. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment dedicated to digital excellence. Responsibilities Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events. Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase followers and engagement. Create photo and video content including reels, before & afters, patient experiences, procedures, office visitors, and events. Track performance metrics, monitor ROI, and provide actionable marketing insights and analytics reports to management. Use marketing data and KPIs to refine strategies and improve campaign performance. Create curated events aligned with the marketing calendar and tailored to the local community. Collaborate with partner brands, vendors, influencers, and external marketing agencies to maximize visibility and support campaign execution. Assist with PR strategies and influencer marketing campaigns. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility on search engines and improve web traffic. Support website updates, email campaigns, SEO efforts, and online reputation management. Monitor social media engagement, inquiries, and community interaction. Stay current with social media, aesthetics, and digital marketing trends. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of marketing and social media experience required. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields is a plus. Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills. Experience with content creation, analytics, and social media management tools. Knowledge of editing platforms such as Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, or similar software preferred. Experience managing social media platforms using tools such as Hootsuite , Buffer or other similar tools. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Med spa, aesthetics, beauty, or cosmetic surgery experience is a plus.
Pay:
$27.00 - $32.00 per hour
