Job Description

Overview The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives that support company growth and customer engagement. This position will assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns, managing communication channels, coordinating trade show activities, and ensuring brand consistency across all company locations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects while working effectively with internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities Support company-wide sales and marketing initiatives. Develop and execute seasonal marketing campaigns for wholesale and ranch product offerings. Assist with the creation and management of the annual marketing calendar. Coordinate social media activities across company locations and ensure alignment with corporate branding and messaging. Manage marketing email inboxes and respond to inquiries as needed. Assist in developing, tracking, and managing the annual marketing budget. Communicate marketing programs, product promotions, and sales support materials to stakeholders across all company locations. Plan, coordinate, and execute trade show participation, including logistics, booth setup, and promotional materials. Create marketing content and digital assets that align with company brand standards. Collaborate with external marketing agencies and vendors to maintain consistent messaging and campaign effectiveness. Support special projects and additional marketing initiatives as assigned. Qualifications Required Skills & Competencies Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing-related software platforms. Ability to create digital marketing materials and content. Ability to lift, transport, and set up trade show materials when required. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Agriculture, Agribusiness, Communications, or a related field. Experience in the floral, horticulture, agriculture, or wholesale distribution industries is preferred. Social media marketing experience. Graphic design or content creation experience. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Travel Requirements Ability to travel to company locations as needed. Occasional travel to industry trade shows and events.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
