This role combines community outreach and marketing with front desk and administrative support responsibilities. answer door, remain at front desk when not in the field engaged in marketing activities. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, building relationships in the community, coordinating events, and helping create a welcoming experience for families, staff, and visitors. Schedule Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Full-Time Responsibilities Marketing & Community Outreach Represent Acuity Behavior Solutions at community events, resource fairs, and networking opportunities. Complete vendor applications and coordinate participation in community events. Visit physician offices, schools, clinics, and community partners to deliver marketing materials and strengthen referral relationships. Take photos and videos for social media content and company marketing initiatives. Assist with social media content creation and posting. Help plan and coordinate community outreach events and company-sponsored activities. Maintain marketing materials, promotional items, and outreach resources. Track outreach activities and community contacts. Front Office & Administrative Support Welcome clients, families, staff, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer phones and direct calls appropriately. Manage front desk operations and assist walk-in visitors. Scan, upload, and organize documents. Assist with administrative projects and office organization. Communicate updates to internal teams as needed. Support general office operations and special projects. Maintain a professional and organized reception area. Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable speaking with families, community partners, and healthcare professionals. Basic knowledge of social media platforms. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Reliable transportation for local outreach activities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Experience in marketing, customer service, reception, community outreach, or administrative support. Experience attending community events or networking functions. Experience creating social media content. What We're Looking For Positive and professional attitude. Strong attention to detail. Comfortable interacting with a variety of people throughout the day. Self-motivated and dependable. Passion for supporting children, families, and community partnerships. Valid & Current California Drivers License Hourly Non-exempt This is NOT a remote role. This position is fully in office as an essential part of the position.
