As a Verizon Representative, you will work directly with customers in a face-to-face setting, helping them understand wireless solutions and complete new enrollments. This Verizon Representative role is full time and ideal for individuals looking to build a long-term career in customer service and sales. The Verizon Representative will act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing product education, answering questions, and guiding them through the enrollment process. Each Verizon Representative plays a key role in delivering a positive customer experience while driving sales performance. Key Responsibilities of the Verizon Representative Engage with customers in person to discuss Verizon products and services Assist customers with new account enrollments and service upgrades Provide clear and accurate product information as a Verizon Representative Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals Build rapport with customers to support long-term satisfaction and retention Maintain a professional image as a Verizon Representative at all times Participate in ongoing training to improve sales and communication skills Qualifications for the Verizon Representative High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset for sales Comfortable working directly with customers in person
