This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can balance creative design with project coordination, and understands how to bring a brand to life across multiple touchpoints. The ideal candidate has experience designing marketing assets, managing brand standards, coordinating print production, and ordering/signing off on physical marketing materials such as signage, brochures, event collateral, and promotional items. Responsibilities Design and produce marketing materials for digital and print use including: Social media graphics Flyers and brochures Signage and banners Email graphics Presentation decks Event materials Sales collateral Maintain and support brand consistency across all platforms and materials Manage and organize brand assets, templates, and creative files Work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to execute campaigns and projects Coordinate print production and ordering for: Signs Banners Business cards Apparel Promotional products Community/event materials Communicate with vendors and print shops to ensure quality, timelines, and accurate deliverables Prepare print-ready files and understand print specifications, bleed settings, sizing, and production requirements Assist with creative direction and visual storytelling across campaigns Help manage timelines, approvals, revisions, and creative project workflows Experience Proven experience in graphic design, digital art, or related fields with a strong portfolio showcasing logo design, illustration, motion graphics, and web design projects. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and video editing. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript for web development and content management systems like WordPress. Knowledge of color theory, typography principles, layout design, and production design for print advertising. Experience working with sign manufacturing processes or production design is a plus. Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
