We are building a home health organization centered on clinical quality, meaningful patient relationships, multilingual community care, and strong operational support for the clinicians delivering care every day. About the Role AlphaCare Home Health is seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to support business development and referral growth within the Chinese-speaking community. This role will focus on building relationships with physicians, case managers, hospitals, clinics, senior centers, and community organizations serving Chinese patients and families. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Chinese, highly adaptable to new technology platforms, and comfortable learning and utilizing CRM systems to track referral activity, manage relationships, and drive measurable results.
Qualifications/Educational Requirements:
Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese preferred). 1-3 years of experience in home health services, healthcare marketing, business development, or a related field preferred. Strong relationship-building and networking skills. Comfortable working with technology and able to quickly learn new CRM and referral management platforms. Ability to adapt quickly to changing technologies, processes, and business needs. Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
The person in this position must be able to perform the following essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations. Focus on marketing and business development efforts within Chinese-speaking communities and referral sources. Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, clinics, case managers, senior centers, and community organizations. Conduct outreach activities, including phone calls, emails, in-person visits, and community networking events. Assist in generating and tracking referral leads using CRM and referral management platforms. Quickly learn and effectively utilize new CRM systems to document activities, manage contacts, monitor referral trends, and support growth initiatives. Follow up promptly with referral sources and prospective clients to ensure exceptional customer service. Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, contacts, referrals, and outcomes. Assist with community outreach events, health fairs, educational presentations, and cultural events serving the Chinese community. Collaborate with intake, operations, and clinical teams to ensure a seamless referral and admission process. Monitor marketing performance metrics and provide regular activity reports to leadership. Support the development of culturally appropriate marketing materials and outreach campaigns. Identify opportunities to expand AlphaCare's presence and referral network within the Chinese community.
