The Brand Rep position offers in-depth training that encompasses all elements of our Sales; including how to manage teams to execute them. With the help of classroom style training, job shadowing, individual meetings, and networking; You will master: Marketing Strategies Promotional Advertising Customer Relationships Product Presentations Sales and Business Strong interpersonal communication skills. Ability to manage tasks simultaneously Personable, sociable, and outgoing. Builds quick relationships and rapport with others. Thrives in a fast-paced, team oriented environment Communicates effectively and gives/receives constructive feedback

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to confidently speak in public and engage with audiences of varying sizes
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Proficient in data collection and analysis
• Knowledge of branding principles and strategies
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
