We're looking for a reliable, organized, and creative professional who enjoys supporting both office operations and marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Position Overview The Office Administrator & Marketing Coordinator supports daily office functions while assisting with marketing, branding, and communication efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable balancing administrative work with creative projects. Key Responsibilities Office Administration Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks Handle correspondence, scheduling, filing, and document organization Support internal teams with coordination, reporting, and general assistance Assist with vendor communication, office supplies, and basic administrative support Marketing & Communications Assist with marketing materials, promotions, and branded content Support social media posts, product launches, and email communications Coordinate marketing assets such as flyers, catalogs, and presentations Help maintain brand consistency across platforms and materials Track basic marketing activities and assist with campaign organization Qualifications 2+ years of experience in office administration, marketing, or a related role Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Clear written and verbal communication skills Creative mindset with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team
