The Client Product and Technology Marketing team is looking for a detailed oriented, self-motivated coordinator to join a dynamic team that is building and expanding programs in support of Client rapidly diversifying business. This role will work with Data Center and AI RAN teams within the marketing organization, to support daily program operations and work across functional teams to drive business critical projects. The ideal candidate would have a mix of digital skills, sales and/or marketing experience, and a passion for technology.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting business critical functions including coordinating engagements with agencies, managing key reporting deadlines, mapping process flows and driving operational improvement within the content production and review functions. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to enable prompt content creation completion deadlines and requirements Provide actionable analytics and supporting recommendations for improvement. Helping drive the flow of resources from marketing and product teams to the global organization and third-party channels, including working with various marketing software tools for inbound and outbound customer engagement Supporting program enhancement projects, managing action plans, and coordinating execution by cross-functional teams for on-time delivery
Level of Responsibility:
  • Works independently with minimal supervision.
  • Provides supervision/guidance to other team members.
  • Decision-making is significant in nature and affects work beyond immediate work group.
  • Requires verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information. May require negotiation, influence, tact, etc.
  • Develops and administers budgets, schedules, and performance standards for functional area within the prescribed budgetary objectives of the department.
  • Has a moderate amount of influence over key organizational decisions (e.g., is consulted by senior leadership to make key decisions).
  • Tasks require multiple steps which can be performed in various orders; some planning, problem-solving, and prioritization must occur to complete the tasks effectively.
