JOB SUMMARY

The DMN8 Experience Team Member is part of the heartbeat of the space. This role is hands-on, detail-oriented, and deeply rooted in community experience. You are someone who helps maintain the cleanliness, flow, and energy of the gym, studio, and wellness center while also engaging with members and contributing to the welcoming, upbeat atmosphere DMN8 is known for. We're looking for someone who is not only organized and proactive, but also warm, friendly, and present in the space.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Community + Space Experience Help create a welcoming, positive environment for members Engage with the community in a friendly, professional way Support the overall flow and energy of the space Studio & Gym Care Clean and reset studio before and after classes Wipe mirrors, sanitize surfaces, vacuum, and maintain bathrooms Reorganize and reset all gym equipment Manage laundry, towels, and recovery supplies Wellness Center Care (Fully Operational) Maintain cold plunges (including chemical balance and upkeep) Care for saunas, showers, and all wellness amenities Turn over private wellness spaces between clients Ensure all wellness areas are clean, stocked, and guest-ready Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort in wet areas General Facility Care Deep cleaning of all shared spaces (floors, mirrors, bathrooms, equipment) Trash removal and restocking supplies Keeping the space visually clean, organized, and aligned with DMN8 standards

SCHEDULE

Part-time shifts across mornings, evenings, and weekends. We're looking for team members who can build a consistent rhythm with their shifts, while occasionally helping support coverage when needed.

JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (100+ lbs) Strong attention to detail and pride in cleanliness Comfortable working independently and taking initiative Friendly, upbeat, and community-oriented personality Valid driver's license required

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Fitness, wellness, or spa environment experience Cold plunge, sauna, or recovery space familiarity Hospitality, studio, or customer-facing roles Passion for fitness, wellness, and community spaces
