Job Description

(Contract to Start | Remote) Tahoe Live is a boutique winter music festival at Palisades Ski Resort every December, a unique brand with real identity, a loyal community & fanbase. I'm looking for a Marketing Coordinator to grow with us. This is the most important hire I make. I'm deeply involved in marketing, I live it I study it and I have strong opinions about it. I work more closely with this person than anyone else in the company. What I need is someone who takes a clear vision and executes it with exceptional organization and precision.
What the role looks like:
  • Detailed marketing plans and day-to-day content posting on platforms + calendars (heavy Google Docs/Workspace)
  • Coordinating with our paid ads specialist, you won't run campaigns but you'll analyze the work
  • Strong communication and collaboration with Palisades Resort, media partners & sponsors
  • Broader brand support as we grow, think trusted right hand, not rigid job description Before you apply, be honest with yourself: October, November, and December are consuming.
Not "busy" – consuming. If protecting your social calendar is a priority, this role will frustrate you. I hire this position as a contractor first while we figure out mutual fit. I'm also launching Colorado Live in March, so there's a real path to a full-time role through April and beyond for the right person. Who I'm looking for: Being an EDM fan is not a requirement. A sharp, organized, corporate marketing mind who brings structure and analytical range interests me just as much. The community would line up around the block for this, but enthusiasm doesn't get the job done. Precise execution does. Drop your resume and a short note on why you're the one. Tell me who you are and what you bring.
