GELATO & GUEST EXPERIENCE ASSOCIATE

Visionarium Live Italian - South Pasadena Visionarium Live Italian is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused team member to join our growing Italian gelato program. This is more than a gelato-serving position. We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, creating memorable guest experiences, and helping promote one of the most unique Italian venues in Los Angeles. Responsibilities Prepare and serve authentic Italian gelato Welcome guests with enthusiasm and professionalism Promote Visionarium's restaurant, rooftop, wine bar, events, and memberships Invite guests to explore the rooftop and upcoming experiences Answer questions about the venue, menu, and events Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive gelato station Help create a warm and positive atmosphere for all guests Minimum Schedule Tuesday - Friday 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM Additional Hours Available Weekends Brunch shifts Rooftop events Live music nights Special events and festivals We're Looking For Someone Who Is Friendly, outgoing, and engaging Positive, energetic, and enthusiastic Comfortable starting conversations with guests Reliable and punctual Passionate about hospitality and customer service Motivated to help grow the business Bonus Qualifications Experience in hospitality, retail, sales, promotions, or customer service Social media experience (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) Photography or content creation skills Interest in Italian food, wine, culture, and events Growth Opportunities This position can grow into: Event Promotion Ambassador Social Media Ambassador Membership Sales Representative Guest Relations Coordinator Event Host Compensation Competitive hourly pay Tips Performance bonuses Employee discounts Students Welcome College and university students are encouraged to apply.
