Job Description:
The Levin Johnston Team at Marcus & Millichap is seeking a Temporary Marketing & Creative Coordinator to join our industry-leading commercial real estate investment sales team in our Los Altos office. The Levin Johnston Team is the top-producing commercial real estate investment sales team in Northern California, specializing in multifamily and net-leased properties throughout the Bay Area and across the United States. With more than 35 years of combined experience and over $7.8 billion in closed transactions, our team is recognized for its market expertise, high-profile listings, innovative marketing, and exceptional client service. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the branding, marketing, and growth of one of the industry's leading teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Create marketing materials, investment packages, presentations, and listing collateral using InDesign, Buildout, Photoshop, and Lightroom
  • Design graphics and content for digital, print, email, and social media campaigns
  • Manage and expand the team's social media presence across multiple platforms
  • Create content including articles, press releases, transaction announcements, market updates, and other marketing materials
  • Support media outreach, publication opportunities, interviews, and brand visibility initiatives
  • Coordinate marketing projects from concept through completion
  • Collaborate with agents, vendors, photographers, and external marketing partners
Qualifications:
  • Experience in graphic design, marketing, communications, content creation, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign required; Photoshop and Lightroom preferred
  • Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills
  • Experience managing social media and digital marketing campaigns
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Commercial real estate experience is a plus
