Job Description

Required Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, project coordination, customer engagement, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive, collaborative, and proactive work style. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Website management or website vendor coordination experience.
  • Experience supporting distributors, dealers, customers, or regional business operations.
  • Data analysis and reporting experience.
  • Experience working in multicultural or international business environments.
Overview We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Bilingual (English/Spanish) Communications and Marketing Coordinator to support distributor and dealer operations throughout Central America and the Caribbean. This role plays a key part in coordinating communications, supporting marketing initiatives, managing website-related activities, and driving engagement efforts that contribute to customer satisfaction and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys managing multiple projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting regional business initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support annual marketing, communications, and engagement objectives.
  • Coordinate communications and marketing initiatives for distributor and dealer networks.
  • Develop and distribute professional communications in both English and Spanish.
  • Support distributor engagement activities and relationship-building initiatives.
  • Work with website vendors to coordinate website maintenance, updates, and performance analysis.
  • Assist with data analysis, reporting, and project tracking.
  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
  • Support department events, special projects, reports, and ad hoc initiatives as needed.
