About Bloomstead Farms Bloomstead Farms is a flower farm and event destination in the San Luis Valley of Colorado. Throughout the summer and fall, we host farm-to-table dinners, seasonal lunches, private events, workshops, and our annual Dahlia Festival. We are looking for enthusiastic, dependable team members to help create memorable experiences for our guests. This is a flexible seasonal position ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, being part of a team, and helping events run smoothly from start to finish. Responsibilities Event & Hospitality Staff assist with a variety of tasks depending on the event, including: Setting up tables, chairs, décor, and event spaces Assisting with food and beverage service Greeting and assisting guests Clearing tables and maintaining event areas Washing dishes and supporting kitchen operations Restocking supplies during events Assisting with event cleanup and teardown Helping wherever needed to ensure a successful guest experience Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic Friendly and professional with guests Ability to work well as part of a team Willingness to jump in and help wherever needed Ability to lift 30 pounds and remain active throughout an event Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Previous hospitality, restaurant, event, or customer service experience is helpful but not required Schedule This is a flexible seasonal position running primarily from July through October. Most hours will be evenings and weekends, with schedules varying based on our event calendar. This position is ideal for someone looking for part-time, flexible work during the event season. Compensation $18-20 per hour depending on experience.
