Event Lead Tom's Waffles Denver, CO Job Details Part-time | Full-time $25 - $60 an hour 5 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Sales Customer service Driver's License Food service Full Job Description Overview Tom's Waffles is more than a waffle cart — we bring joy, creativity, and crispy caramelized Belgian waffles to festivals, schools, and private events across the city. We're looking for independent, energetic Event Leads who can take full ownership of running our pop-up events — from setup to service to breakdown — while keeping our quality and fun atmosphere alive wherever we go. What You'll Do Load, transport, and set up Tom's Waffles equipment at events Run the full operation: cooking, serving, transactions, and customer flow Lead or assist a small event team (usually 1-2 people) Deliver an exceptional customer experience with warmth, speed, and quality Manage event timing, maintain cleanliness, and troubleshoot on the go Represent the Tom's Waffles brand with pride and professionalism Who You Are Reliable and organized — you take responsibility and follow through People-oriented — you love connecting with customers and leading small teams Hands-on problem solver — you stay calm and capable when things get busy Physically capable — can lift up to 40 lbs and work on your feet for several hours Driver's license required (you'll be traveling to event sites)
