With nearly 20 years of trusted service , The Raleigh House is recognized for clinical excellence and a whole-person, evidence-based approach to care. We deliver innovative, stigma-free treatment for individuals navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. In this role, you'll play a key part in executing marketing campaigns, creating compelling content, managing digital channels, and analyzing performance to help drive admissions and strengthen our brand presence. You'll collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams in a supportive, mission-driven environment. We're looking for a proactive team player with strong organizational skills, digital marketing knowledge, and a positive, energetic attitude who thrives in a collaborative workplace. Key Responsibilities Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns across digital, social, email, and print channels. Create and manage engaging content, including social media posts, blog articles, email campaigns, and marketing collateral. Assist with SEO, PPC, and website optimization efforts, including updates and performance tracking. Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance using Excel, Google Analytics, and other tools to measure ROI and identify opportunities. Help maintain brand consistency across all materials and platforms. Collaborate with the Business Development and Admissions teams on lead generation, events, and conversion initiatives. Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, and partners to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. Support social media management, community engagement, and trend monitoring. Contribute to innovative campaigns in advertising, PR, events, and digital platforms. Maintain marketing databases, calendars, and project timelines. What You'll Bring 1-3+ years of experience in marketing (healthcare or behavioral health preferred). Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, SEO, and content creation. Proficiency with tools like Excel/Google Sheets, Canva (or Adobe Creative Suite), Google Analytics, and social media platforms. Experience writing clear, compelling content with an eye for brand voice and storytelling. Solid analytical skills with the ability to track performance and translate data into actionable insights. Familiarity with AI tools for content, analytics, or automation is a plus. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
