From luxury home gyms and wellness rooms to curated activations, retreats, and hospitality-driven experiences, Black & Bould blends wellness, design, and experience into environments that feel immersive, inspiring, and deeply personal. We are looking for a Client & Brand Associate to support the growth of the company through outreach, relationship building, client experience, networking, brand support, and day-to-day business operations. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, socially aware, organized, resourceful, and excited by the opportunity to help grow an emerging luxury brand. A large part of this role will involve helping identify opportunities, maintain relationships, support outreach efforts, and assist in generating qualified leads within luxury residential, wellness, hospitality, and private client spaces. This is a fast-moving, collaborative role where adaptability, initiative, and strong communication matter just as much as experience. Some days may involve researching prospective partners, managing outreach, coordinating meetings, or helping secure event access. Others may involve scheduling, travel coordination, walkthrough support, client communication, or operational tasks across the business.
Responsibilities include:
Research and identify prospective clients, collaborators, and partnership opportunities Assist with outreach, follow-up communication, and relationship management Help maintain and organize lead tracking and client systems Support networking efforts, private events, and relationship-driven business development Help identify relevant local events, communities, and opportunities for brand visibility Manage scheduling, communications, and calendar coordination Support client onboarding and follow-up communication Take organized notes during walkthroughs, meetings, and client visits Help coordinate travel, meetings, events, and logistics Maintain organization across documents, contacts, proposals, and business systems Support social media, marketing, and brand-related tasks as needed Research tools, vendors, opportunities, and solutions independently Help create a seamless and elevated client experience across all touchpoints Support various operational tasks as the business continues to grow
Qualifications:
Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships Tech fluent and quick to learn new platforms and systems Resourceful, adaptable, and proactive Comfortable managing multiple moving pieces simultaneously Strong judgment and professionalism Comfortable in both independent and collaborative environments Based in Colorado and willing to travel Valid driver's license required Passport preferred or willingness to obtain one Preferred Backgrounds Candidates with experience in any of the following are encouraged to apply: Boutique fitness or wellness Luxury hospitality Events or weddings Luxury retail Social media or brand support Client-facing service environments Real estate, interiors, or design-adjacent industries
Schedule & Compensation:
20-40 hours per week to start Primarily Monday-Friday availability Some travel and occasional event availability required Starting at $20-$30/hour depending on experience and fit
