Kin will offer 24/7 emergency care and a full range of specialty services. Job Summary The Marketing Coordinator is a key role for developing and strengthening Kin's relationships with referral partners, clients, and the surrounding community while supporting the hospital's overall brand presence and growth strategy. Reporting directly to the Hospital Director and partnering closely with the Medical Director and Clinical Managers, this individual will serve as an ambassador for Kin and help ensure our mission, values, and standards of care are consistently represented both internally and externally. The ideal candidate brings a combination of veterinary industry knowledge, relationship-building expertise, and marketing experience. This role requires a highly organized, outgoing, and self-motivated individual who is passionate about client experience, referral partner engagement, and community outreach. This position is primarily onsite and requires routine local travel to support hospital operations, referral partner engagement, and community outreach activities. Key Responsibilities Referral Partner & Community Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with referring veterinarians and community partners throughout the Denver metro area and beyond. Travel regularly to referral partner hospitals to support communication, strengthen partnerships, and ensure alignment with Kin's standards of care and client experience expectations. Develop a deep understanding of referral partner needs to support collaborative patient care and service excellence. Serve as a liaison between Kin and the veterinary community to promote trust, communication, and long-term partnerships. Organize and attend local networking events, community outreach opportunities, and industry events. Marketing & Brand Management Maintain and strengthen Kin's brand presence across all marketing platforms and materials. Oversee and manage the hospital's social media presence, including content creation, engagement, and brand consistency. Maintain an accurate, professional, and highly visible hospital website that reflects current services, doctors, events, and hospital updates. Coordinate the design, ordering, and distribution of marketing materials, promotional items, and referral resources. Collaborate with hospital leadership to develop marketing campaigns and growth initiatives aligned with hospital goals. Continuing Education & Event Coordination Plan, organize, and host continuing education (CE) events for referral partners and the veterinary community. Coordinate event logistics including venues, sponsorships, catering, registration, speaker communication, and marketing. Partner with specialists and leadership to develop educational opportunities that support referral relationships and clinical collaboration. Represent Kin professionally at all CE and community events. Communication & Relationship Management Promote clear, professional, and compassionate communication with referral partners, clients, vendors, and the community. Support hospital leadership in maintaining a positive and collaborative reputation within the veterinary industry. Assist in gathering referral partner feedback and identifying opportunities for operational or service improvements. Ensure all external communication reflects Kin's mission, values, and commitment to exceptional patient care Culture & Engagement Champion Kin's core values of Connection, Kindness, and Integrity in every interaction. Promote a culture of collaboration, positivity, professionalism, and accountability. Support team engagement initiatives and celebrate hospital accomplishments within the community and online.
