Community & Referral Partner Engagement Specialist

Position Summary:

Mason Law & Planning Group, LLC is seeking a Community Partner Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in connecting people, expanding our network, and fortifying our referral and community partnerships. As a member of our event coordination and marketing team, you'll play a crucial role in our client acquisition efforts. Essential Responsibilities:

Develop and Enhance Community Presence:

Build and nurture relationships with referral sources in Monument and Colorado Springs, including financial advisors, CPAs, accountants, and assisted living facilities. Create mutually beneficial partnerships with local businesses, aligning your activities with the company's financial and business goals.

Manage Contact Information:

Maintain accurate and detailed records of outreach, contacts, and referrals using our CRM and other web-based systems to ensure that information is readily available to the team.

Collaborate Across Teams:

Work with client care, marketing, and executive teams to align community partnership efforts with the firm's business objectives. Coordinate with attorneys to review networking contacts and facilitate connections.

Event Coordination:

Partner with the event coordination and marketing team to plan, organize, and execute educational seminar events aimed at converting leads into engaged clients.

Responsibilities include:

Acting as the primary point of contact between our office and the Guest Host, ensuring alignment on event goals and responsibilities. Attending events to provide day-of support, including setup, registration, and cleanup. Assisting with post-event summaries, attendee follow-ups, and client acquisition efforts.

Lead Management:

Field leads to ensure potential clients meet with attorneys for initial consultations.

Other Duties:

Participate in various tasks as necessary to support the overall needs of the business. This may include providing support to other functional areas and "pitching in" as required in a collaborative office environment.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

Full-time, regular employee Normal office hours with additional hours required for travel, events, and fulfilling responsibilities.

Travel Requirements:

Travel within the greater Colorado Springs area to foster relationships is required.
