Client Acquisition Representative As a Client Acquisition Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for guests who are interested in our top-quality used vehicles. You'll play a key role in guiding our customers through their car-buying journey by answering their questions, setting appointments, and ensuring a smooth, hassle-free experience. With every conversation, you'll be helping to build relationships and create lifelong customers.

What You'll Do:

Engage with guests to provide them with all the information they need, making sure every question is answered and every concern is addressed. Set appointments for guests to come in and experience the Auto Mart USA difference, ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to appointment. Build and maintain relationships with both new and returning customers to ensure their car-buying experience exceeds expectations. Work closely with our sales team to help identify new opportunities, develop strategies, and contribute to the business's growth. Keep accurate records of all customer interactions to ensure a smooth process and top-notch service every time. Collaborate with our team to create solutions that enhance the customer experience and drive business forward.

What We're Looking For:

Exceptional communication skills with a passion for helping people. A customer-focused mindset, with a knack for building lasting relationships. Organizational skills that allow you to manage your time effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience in sales or customer service , ideally with some exposure to business development or outside sales.
