This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys both creative and operational work, and has a passion for design and storytelling. Responsibilities Assist with the creation, editing, and proofreading of marketing content across social media, email campaigns, product materials, and promotional collateral Manage and engage with social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn Monitor and report on social media performance and trends Maintain and update company websites, including product pages, inventory, brochures, and job postings Coordinate photoshoots, video shoots, trade shows, product launches, and company events Support email marketing campaigns, including setup, list management, and reporting Create marketing materials such as invitations, presentations, signage, and training documents Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure brand consistency and timely project execution Monitor website functionality and assist with improvements and updates Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and marketing best practices Qualifications 1-3 years of marketing experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with social media management and digital marketing tools Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Google Analytics is a plus Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Interest in design, interiors, and luxury brands preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $26.00-$32.00 , based on experience and qualifications Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development opportunities At AKDO, we are passionate about innovation, craftsmanship, and design excellence.
