• 300 per event (depending on distance/time)

Travel Fee:

+$25 (local) to +$50 (NYC/NJ) flat allowance

Fully reimbursed with receipts About the Role Mocktail Magic is looking for a dependable Transporter / Event Support Lead to help us deliver and set up our mobile mocktail bar for events in the NYC and tri-state area. This role is ideal for someone who's organized, reliable, and enjoys being part of events — but doesn't mind the behind-the-scenes work that makes it all possible. You'll load supplies from our Danbury storage, drive to event locations, assist with setup and breakdown, and transport everything safely back after the event. Responsibilities Load, transport, and unload bar equipment and supplies Assist with event setup and teardown (tables, signage, decor) Communicate arrival and departure times clearly Handle items with care and professionalism Maintain vehicle organization and cleanliness Occasionally assist with on-site support or light prep Requirements Must have a reliable SUV, crossover, or van Clean driving record Physically able to lift 40-60 lbs repeatedly Flexible schedule — events vary weekdays, evenings, and weekends Strong communication and reliability are essential Punctual and detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits $22

• 300 flat per event day (10-12 hrs typical) $25
