Job Description

Job Summary The BDC (Business Development Center) Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, scheduling service appointments, and maintaining positive customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound service calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding vehicle service and maintenance. Schedule and confirm service appointments efficiently based on technician availability. Make outbound calls to follow up on service reminders, customer satisfaction surveys, and declined service recommendations. Maintain and update customer records in the dealership's CRM system. Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues in a professional manner. Collaborate with the service advisors and technicians to ensure a seamless customer experience. Meet or exceed performance goals related to call volume, appointment setting, and customer satisfaction. Promote dealership service specials and recommended maintenance to customers. Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
