Marketing Coordinator / Proposal Support 📍 Shelton, CT Are you a strong writer who loves turning project details into compelling stories? We're looking for a motivated Marketing Coordinator / Proposal Support professional to play a key role in showcasing our completed projects and supporting our marketing and proposal efforts—especially for publicly bid work. What You'll Do Bring past projects to life by researching completed work and creating polished, easy-to-understand project summaries Develop content used for marketing materials and Form 330 submissions for public-sector projects Collaborate with internal teams and connect with clients when needed to gather missing or clarifying project information Keep project and marketing information well-organized and easy to access Support a variety of general marketing initiatives and special projects What We're Looking For A clear, confident writer who can summarize project information accurately and effectively Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable communicating with clients and internal team members Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience in marketing, proposals, or the A/E/C industry is a plus—but not required Why Join Us? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shelton, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
