Position Overview Our growing fitness business is seeking a highly organized, outgoing, and creative Marketing Coordinator / Receptionist to join our team. This position combines front desk customer service with hands-on marketing and community outreach. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, creative, and excited to build relationships while managing marketing initiatives. We are looking for someone who brings energy, personality, and initiative to our team. This role combines front desk operations, client experience, and marketing support. You will be one of the first people members interact with while also helping grow Synergy through content, outreach, and engagement. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain experience in fitness, marketing, and business growth, not just "work a shift." Job Responsibilities Front Desk & Client Experience

• Greet members and create a welcoming, high-energy environment
• Manage check-ins, scheduling, daily communication, and front desk operations
• Answer calls, texts, and social media inquiries,manage social media (posts, contests, ads)
• Help guide new clients through their first experience
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Oversee Google Ads and website updates
• Organize in-office contests and promotions
• Coordinate sponsorships and community involvement
• Create marketing materials and manage logoed product orders
• Track and report marketing budget/ facebook metrics Marketing & Content
• Capture and create content (videos, photos, stories) inside the gym
• Assist with social media posting (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
• Engage with followers, respond to messages, and support promotions
• Help run challenges, events, and campaigns Sales & Growth Support
• Follow up with leads and help book intro sessions
• Support membership growth and retention
• Help promote programs (adult fitness, recovery, youth training) Events & Community
• Assist with in-house events and promotions
