Entry Level Retail Marketing and Sales Assistant

This is a full-time, in-person role where you'll gain hands-on experience in both s ales strategy and marketing execution, working face-to-face with customers and clients while representing top-tier national brands.. You'll be working in person through strategic retail partnerships throughout Waterbury, directly engaging with customers in a variety of dynamic settings. From bustling high-traffic environments to vibrant community events, campaigns and local business and retail venues, you'll drive product awareness, generate sales, and deliver marketing and retail sales campaigns that connect consumers with brands in meaningful ways.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote, market and sale products and services through direct customer and clientele interaction Represent client brands while delivering a seamless blend of marketing and sales support Initiate conversations, explain product benefits, and close new customer acquisitions Assist with the setup and breakdown of sales and marketing displays Help create and distribute marketing materials that align with campaign goals Support new customer onboarding and respond to product inquiries Gather customer feedback to support performance reporting and campaign improvement Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales targets and campaign milestones Participate in ongoing training to develop both marketing insight and sales technique Compensation for this role includes base weekly pay , delivered every Friday , along with opportunities to earn additional bonuses based on individual performance and merit . This is a full-time position .
