• July 1, 2026 Multiple Shifts Available Job Description The CALPRO Group (TCG Staffing) is hiring Event Ambassadors to support one of the region's premier conferences in Washington, DC this summer.

This is an excellent opportunity for students and recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in events, operations, and customer service while building professional connections in a fast-paced conference environment. Roles Available Directional Ambassadors

• Provide excellent customer service and guest support
• Help maintain organized attendee flow during event operations Room Session Support
• Help manage meeting rooms and session flow
• Support event staff with room setup and attendee coordination
• Ensure sessions run smoothly and efficiently Qualifications We are looking for candidates who are:
• Professional, dependable, and punctual
• Assist attendees with directions throughout the venue
• Strong communicators with excellent customer service skills
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
