Job Description:

Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. Our client, a national trade association is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to convert in Washington, D.C.

About The Job:

Support execution of marketing campaigns across email, web, and social channels Manage outbound communications and assist with content creation Coordinate campaign deployment tied to events, membership, and revenue initiatives Assist with marketing automation, audience segmentation, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) Schedule and publish marketing content aligned with campaigns Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging Track campaign performance and support reporting and analytics Provide general administrative and operational marketing support

About You:

Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of marketing or communications experience Experience with email marketing, CRM systems, and CMS tools Understanding of campaign execution, audience targeting, and content strategy Highly organized with strong attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva or Adobe tools a plus Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance data
