We are seeking an energetic, organized, and creative Event Marketing Coordinator to join our Pensacola team. Position Summary The Event Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for planning, promoting, and executing events that drive brand awareness, community engagement, and business growth. This role requires a highly organized individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, community outreach initiatives, trade shows, seminars, and special events. Develop and implement event marketing strategies to maximize attendance and engagement. Coordinate event logistics including venue selection, vendor management, registration, setup, and breakdown. Create promotional materials and assist with social media, email campaigns, and digital marketing efforts. Maintain event calendars and project timelines. Build and maintain relationships with community partners, vendors, sponsors, and local organizations. Track event performance and provide post-event reports, including attendance, lead generation, and ROI metrics. Assist with photography, content collection, and social media coverage during events. Ensure all events align with company branding and marketing objectives. Support the marketing team with additional projects and administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, or related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or community engagement. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Experience with social media platforms, email marketing, and event management tools. Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for events. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Skills Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.). Experience coordinating community events, trade shows, or corporate events. Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Creative problem-solving and strong attention to detail.
