We are excited to be expanding with the opening of our new Clearwater branch, and we are looking to grow our team. We are currently accepting job applications for the following positions: Sales Rep and Outside Sales.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Your responsibilities will include selling wood flooring products and services to customers visiting our showroom, as well as proactively reaching out to potential and existing clients to generate new business and upsell products. This is a fast-paced position that requires strong multitasking skills, high productivity, and attention to detail. You must be organized, proactive, and driven to achieve results. While the role can be challenging, it offers an exciting opportunity to grow professionally, build strong client relationships, and significantly increase your earnings through commission.SPECIFIC DUTIES
- Learn and stay knowledgeable about existing and new product lines
- Assist walk-in customers in the showroom
- Proactively seek out new customers and business opportunities
- Follow up with leads and existing clients
- Maximize sales potential with both new and returning customers
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the internal team
- Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Effectively multitask in a busy environment
- POS system and QuickBooks knowledge are preferable
- Support administrative and operational projects
REQUIREMENTS
Strong communication skills (phone, written, in-person) Comfortable speaking with customers and vendors Computer skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Some knowledge of QuickBooks, POS preferred. Willingness to learn new software systems Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Fluent in English (written and verbal) Bilingual (Spanish or Polish/Romanian) is a plus Ability to multitask and work independentlyWORK HOURS
Full-time from Monday to Friday OR by your schedule if you want to work as a contractorCOMPENSATION
(if job transfers to a full-time position) Starting at $50K yearly plus commission OR commission-based only as a contractor Your earning potential is directly tied to your performance. The more you sell, the more you earn.OTHER BENEFITS
