We're hiring a trusted, detail-driven operator who can take full ownership of our brand, lead flow, and day-to-day marketing execution. This is an in-house position with direct impact on revenue, reputation, and growth. About Us We are a growing HVAC company focused on quality installs, strong customer relationships, and long-term growth. Our marketing needs to reflect that—professional, consistent, and results-driven. What You'll Be Responsible For Managing and executing all marketing efforts (not just planning) Overseeing content, and brand consistency Coordinating promotions, service campaigns, and seasonal offers Working directly with ownership on strategy and growth initiatives Tracking performance and adjusting based on real data Managing vendors (SEO, ads, print, etc.) when needed This Role Is NOT for

Only wants to "post on social media" Needs constant direction or supervision Doesn't understand ROI or lead tracking Can't handle accountability tied to performance This Role IS for

Someone Who:
