Job Description

We are looking for a professional, organized, and motivated team member to help support the daily operations and marketing efforts of a growing business. This position is ideal for someone dependable, detail-oriented, creative, and able to take ownership of their work. We are looking for a self-starter who is coachable, learns quickly, communicates professionally, and can work independently without needing constant direction.
Responsibilities Include:
Social media management and content creation Marketing materials and branding support Website, CRM, and database management Administrative support for Owner/Team Office organization and operational support Coordinating meetings, events, and special projects Assisting clients, agents, and vendors professionally Helping improve systems and processes as the company grows
The Ideal Candidate:
Organized and detail-oriented Professional in appearance and communication Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with technology and learning new systems Positive attitude and solution-focused mindset Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Takes initiative and follows through Real estate, marketing, or office experience is a plus FL Real Estate License or willingness to attain one is a Bonus.
Schedule:
Part-Time | 30-32.5 Hours Per Week Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM Lunch 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM In-office position located in DeFuniak Springs.
