The Role As an Email Marketing & Content Coordinator , you'll support the execution of email campaigns and help maintain the organization and accuracy of our marketing content. You'll work closely with senior marketers and cross-functional partners to ensure communications are delivered smoothly and meet a high standard. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys structured work, is naturally organized, and likes seeing projects through from start to finish. What You'll Do Build, format, and deploy email campaigns using marketing automation tools (Pardot preferred) Segment audiences, schedule distributions, and execute email sends Review emails prior to deployment to ensure formatting, links, and targeting are correct Monitor campaign performance and help identify trends across sends Maintain and organize marketing content and asset libraries Coordinate updates to marketing materials, including disclosures and messaging Track content updates and ensure materials remain current Partner with Compliance to ensure all materials are reviewed and approved prior to distribution Collaborate with internal teams and communicate clearly across the organization What We're Looking For 1-3 years of marketing experience in a corporate or professional setting Interest in email marketing, digital marketing, or marketing operations Strong organizational skills and a consistent approach to managing work Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines Solid written and verbal communication skills A proactive mindset and willingness to learn Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with tools like Pardot or Canva is a plus Work Environment On-site role based in Delray Beach, FL Professional office setting Why Join Us Learn from experienced marketing professionals Build hands-on experience in email marketing and content operations Gain exposure to financial services in a structured, professional environment Be part of a collaborative and high-quality team Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time, nor does it imply any contract of employment.
