Party rental crew member

Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Party Rentals team. This role is essential in creating memorable experiences for our clients and their guests during various events. As a Party Rentals staff member, you will be responsible for setting up and managing rental equipment, ensuring exceptional guest services, and maintaining a positive atmosphere throughout events. Duties Set up and dismantle party rental equipment, including tents, tables, chairs, and decorations. Provide outstanding customer service by assisting clients with their needs before, during, and after events. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, addressing inquiries and resolving any conflicts that may arise. Support food service operations as needed, ensuring cleanliness and organization of food areas. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event execution and guest satisfaction. Utilize public speaking skills to make announcements or provide information to guests as required. Assist in managing events by coordinating logistics and ensuring all aspects run smoothly. Leverage experience with children to create a fun and safe environment during family-oriented events. Qualifications Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is preferred. Strong cash handling skills are essential for managing transactions effectively. Background in food service is a plus, particularly for events involving catering. Excellent public speaking abilities to communicate effectively with guests. Experience working with children or in events management is highly desirable. Familiarity with theater or performance settings can enhance the guest experience. Strong conflict management skills to handle any issues that may arise during events.
