Full-Time Position Summary The Marketing & Projects Coordinator supports the Association's marketing, communications, member services, and operational initiatives. This position assists with marketing materials, social media, member communications, events, projects, and administrative functions while helping ensure the successful delivery of Association programs and services. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, customer-service focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role serves as a key support position for both member-facing services and internal operations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Marketing & Communications Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing and communication materials, including flyers, graphics, newsletters, email campaigns, social media content, online forms, and event promotions. Assist with website updates and online resources as directed. Maintain brand consistency across Association communications and materials. Proofread marketing and communication materials for accuracy and completeness. Assist with photography and content collection at Association events and programs. Member Services & Administrative Support Monitor and respond to inquiries received through the Association's general information email account. Serve as a primary point of contact for member inquiries and direct questions to appropriate departments as needed. Process Letters of Good Standing and other member service requests. Provide basic Supra support and assistance to members. Assist members with Association programs, services, and resources. Create invoices and assist with payment processing as assigned. Maintain records, databases, files, and project documentation. Projects, Events & Committee Support Assist with planning and coordinating Association meetings, classes, events, and programs. Create event registration forms and supporting materials. Coordinate project timelines, follow-up tasks, and supporting documentation. Support committees, task forces, and volunteer groups as assigned. Prepare meeting materials and communications. Attend meetings and events as assigned. Serve as staff liaison to assigned committees as responsibilities develop. General Responsibilities Provide backup support for front desk operations when needed. Participate in staff meetings and organizational initiatives. Maintain positive and professional relationships with members, volunteers, vendors, and staff. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience using Canva or similar design software. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with social media management and content creation. Experience creating online forms, surveys, and registrations. Basic website content management experience. Experience in administrative support, customer service, communications, marketing, event coordination, or project support. Experience working with volunteers, committees, or member-based organizations is a plus. Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
