We are looking for a motivated and organized Real Estate Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our sales, marketing, broker relationships, listings, and customer follow-up process. This is a key coordination role for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable communicating with real estate agents, buyers, vendors, and internal teams, and interested in being part of a growing real estate development company. The ideal candidate does not need to be a licensed real estate agent, but should understand the real estate sales process, be highly organized, and have strong communication skills. Responsibilities Coordinate with listing agents, buyer agents, brokers, title companies, lenders, and internal team members. Support the sales process for new construction homes from listing to closing. Help prepare and organize property information, flyers, brochures, spec sheets, and marketing materials. Coordinate photos, videos, social media content, and listing updates. Follow up with agents and buyers regarding available homes, incentives, showings, and pending offers. Maintain updated information on available inventory, pricing, incentives, and construction status. Help schedule showings, open houses, broker events, and property visits. Track leads, buyer feedback, offers, and sales activity. Assist with communication between the sales team, construction team, brokers, and management. Support post-closing customer service and warranty coordination when needed. Help identify opportunities to improve the sales and marketing process. Assist with basic administrative tasks related to sales, marketing, and closings. Qualifications Experience in real estate, construction, sales coordination, marketing coordination, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable speaking with real estate agents, buyers, vendors, and internal teams. Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time. Detail-oriented and proactive. Basic understanding of real estate listings, MLS, contracts, closings, or new construction is a plus. Experience with social media, Canva, flyers, email campaigns, or marketing materials is a plus. Spanish is a plus, but not required. Real estate license is a plus, but not required.
