This role focuses primarily on paid media execution and optimization (Google Ads, Meta, OTT), while also supporting integrated marketing efforts including social media, email, website, and SMS campaigns. This role will also work home games. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, analytical, and excited about using digital advertising to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue. After campaigns launch, this role will be responsible for monitoring performance, analyzing results, and applying insights to improve future campaigns. Responsibilities Execute and manage paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and OTT, including ongoing monitoring, optimization, and performance adjustments. Support campaign planning and move digital marketing initiatives through all phases of the campaign lifecycle Monitor and optimize campaign performance to improve reach, engagement, and conversion metrics Assist with audience targeting, budget pacing, creative testing, and performance reporting Maintain and support brand presence across paid and organic social platforms Plan and execute email and SMS campaigns in coordination with the marketing team Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics Prepare performance summaries and insights for internal stakeholders Collaborate with graphic designers and content partners to support ad creative needs Stay informed on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices Maintain relationships with media vendors and external partners as needed Incorporate feedback from the marketing team and company leadership Assist with website updates and content coordination as needed Knowledge of hockey, basketball, and baseball is a plus Skills Extensive experience with paid media platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Paid Social Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar Understanding of SEO/SEM principles Experience supporting digital marketing or paid media campaigns in a coordinator or specialist role Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and performance metrics Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics preferred) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously Experience with creative content coordination is a plus Google Analytics certification preferred Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field preferred
