Full Job Description Job Description:
Under the supervision of the Sales Ops Manager, the Sales Support and Marketing Coordinator is an administrative support role where the individual will be responsible for providing overall support for the Sales Operations & Marketing team Responsibilities Provide administrative support to Sales Operations & Marketing team including product labeling, sample shipments and tracking, internal reporting, internal data entry and maintenance as well as other related activities as needed Enter and maintain product information internally as well as directly in customer portals Assist with creating and updating product content Update inventory on customer portals as needed Tradeshow/Event support including packing, moving, transporting, loading, and unloading product Ensure all marketing material including brochures, labels and mailing lists are accurate and accessible Organize and keep inventory of Marketing Room samples Schedule appointments, team meetings, equipment, and meeting rooms etc. Gather and distribute notes as needed Research as needed including competitive reports and trend data Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or similar. Proficient with Microsoft Office software applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint Strong and consistent attention to detail Excellent communication skills Excels in time management, multi-tasking and balancing multiple projects at one time in a fast paced environment Flexibility and capability to take on special assignments/projects as directed by supervisor Ability to work independently Some travel may be required Ability to lift 25+ lbs. Detail and Deadline oriented
